Privacy policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This policy explains what personal data we process, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights. It applies to paltasolutions.com.ar, the online assessment and the services we provide to our clients. The Spanish version is the official one; this is a faithful translation.
1. Data controller
Palta Solutions is the trade name of HOYOS MARCOS, CUIT (Argentine tax ID) 20-39486745-5, with address at LANUS, BUENOS AIRES, Argentina.
For any question about your data, write to hola@paltasolutions.com.ar.
2. Our role in each case
- Data controller for the data you leave on this site and in the online assessment.
- Data processor for the data we process on behalf of our clients when we operate their messaging channels or systems. In that case the client is the controller, and we process the data only on their instructions and to provide the service.
3. What data we process
Online assessment
Name, company, email, WhatsApp number, country, the answers you choose, your browser's language and time zone, the page you came from and the campaign parameters (UTM) in the link. We save your answers as you go so you don't lose your progress. We do not store your IP address.
In your browser
We keep your language preference and your assessment progress in your device's local storage. That local data only lets you pick up where you left off; your answers are also saved on our server, as explained above. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools.
Data from Meta platforms, on behalf of our clients
When a client asks us to operate their channels, we access the following with the permissions they grant us:
- WhatsApp Business Platform: messages sent and received, phone numbers, profile names, message templates, and identifiers and metadata of the WhatsApp Business accounts and their phone numbers.
- Instagram and Messenger: messages, identifiers and profile names of the people who write to the client's account.
4. What we use it for and on what legal basis
- Assessment data: to reply to you and prepare a tailored proposal. The basis is your consent, given when you start answering (section 5 of Law 25,326). If you leave the assessment unfinished, we keep what you answered so we can contact you, under the same retention period.
- Data from Meta platforms: only to provide the service the client hired, on their instructions and under our contract with them.
We do not use your data for any other purpose and we do not send you advertising.
5. Who we share it with
Only with the providers we need to operate, who process the data on our behalf:
- Railway: hosting for the site and the database.
- Zoho: email.
- Resend: delivery of the internal notices we receive when you complete the assessment and of notices about unfinished assessments.
- Meta Platforms: WhatsApp Business Platform, Instagram and Messenger, for our clients' messaging services.
We do not sell, rent or transfer personal data to third parties.
6. International transfers
Some of these providers may store data on servers in the United States, a country not listed as providing an adequate level of protection under Provision 60-E/2016. For those transfers we rely on each provider's data protection contractual clauses and on your consent.
7. How long we keep it
- Assessment: 24 months from our last contact. Then we delete it.
- Data from Meta platforms: for as long as the service lasts. We delete it within 30 days after the contract ends, or earlier if the client asks.
- Backups: deleted when their rotation cycle ends.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), minimum access to each system, corporate-account sign-in to our internal panel, credentials and tokens stored only on the server side, a content security policy and a log of access to the panel.
9. Data from Meta platforms
- We comply with the Meta Platform Terms and its developer policies.
- We do not sell this data or use it for advertising or profiling.
- We do not use it to train artificial intelligence models without express consent.
- Today we do not share this data with artificial intelligence providers. If that changes, we will say so in this policy before doing it.
- To ask us to delete this data, follow the steps in Data deletion.
10. Your rights
Under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326 you can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your data. Write to hola@paltasolutions.com.ar. We answer access requests within 10 calendar days and correction, update or deletion requests within 5 business days.
The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as set out in section 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25,326.
The AGENCY FOR ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION, as the Supervisory Authority of Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle the complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules in force on personal data protection.

11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page with its update date. If the change is significant, we let our clients know before it takes effect.
