Terms and conditions
Last updated: October 12, 2026
These terms govern the use of this site and the services provided by Palta Solutions. Each project is also governed by its proposal, which prevails over these terms wherever it says something different. The Spanish version is the official one; this is a faithful translation.
1. Who provides the service
Palta Solutions is the trade name of HOYOS MARCOS, CUIT (Argentine tax ID) 20-39486745-5, with address at LANUS, BUENOS AIRES, Argentina. Contact: hola@paltasolutions.com.ar.
2. Scope
We provide services to businesses and professionals: process automation, system integrations, custom software, websites and the operation of messaging channels (WhatsApp Business Platform, Instagram and Messenger) through Meta's APIs.
The scope, timeline and price of each job are set in its proposal. The online assessment is free and does not commit you to hiring us.
3. The code and the accounts are yours
The code built for the client and the accounts the service uses (WhatsApp Business, Meta business portfolio, domains and other platforms) are in the client's name from day one. We access them with the permissions the client grants us, and the client can revoke them at any time.
4. Client responsibilities
- Have the consent (opt-in) of the people they message on WhatsApp or other channels.
- Comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, Meta's terms and applicable law.
- Not use the services to send spam or content that is illegal, misleading or prohibited by those policies.
- Pay Meta's and other providers' charges for their accounts.
- Give us accurate information and the access we need to work.
5. Acceptable use of messaging
We may pause a flow or a send that breaches Meta's policies or puts the client's account or phone number quality at risk. If that happens, we let you know and work with you on how to adjust it.
6. Third-party services
The services rely on third-party platforms such as Meta. Those platforms may change, limit or suspend their APIs, pricing or accounts under their own rules, which is outside our control. When that happens, we let you know and propose alternatives.
7. Confidentiality
We treat the business information we access through the service as confidential and do not share it with third parties. If you need it, we sign a non-disclosure agreement. Personal data is handled under our Privacy policy.
8. Limitation of liability
Our total liability to the client for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount the client paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to it. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We publish the new version on this page with its date. Ongoing projects are governed by the version in force when their proposal was accepted.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute is submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
